GPS tracking and driver behavior software, in conjunction with tablet scanning and slam locks ensure logistics are monitored and verified for each trip. All of our employees must pass a rigorous national background and exhaustive vetting process before they are employed with RTI DataShield.
Four Step Secure Process
We use secure, dedicated vehicles to retrieve collection bins. These vehicles are tracked through a GPS tracking system, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Complete Chain Custody
Our standard operating procedures detail each step in the secure handling of your confidential materials; from the moment our secure lockable containers are loaded onto our GPS equipped vehicles and throughout the secure destruction process, each action is defined and monitored to meet and exceed NAID standards.
When our RTI DataShield trucks pick up your documents for destruction, you can be rest assured that we will destroy them quickly and securely. We will include an accurate written record tracking the possession, handling and location of document destruction from collection through reporting
